"Where stars shine brighter together."

WELCOME
In a global landscape where women’s platforms are often associated with visibility and prestige, Celestial Universe positions itself as an international, advocacy-centred programme grounded in service, education, and cultural exchange.
Rooted in the belief that true fulfilment in life is not measured by material wealth but by how meaningfully we serve others. The Celestial Universe functions as a public-facing platform for women’s leadership and representation, where personal development, social responsibility, and cultural dialogue are central.
The Celestial Universe operates as the official advocacy-centred programme under the MaxaM Foundation, a non-profit organisation registered in the Netherlands. The programme is designed to align with public-benefit objectives, prioritising education, mental wellbeing, and community support.
In contrast to commercially driven formats, the Celestial Universe follows a clear social-impact principle: any net surplus generated through non-subsidised activities is reinvested into the foundation’s humanitarian projects. These projects include:
-
Isang Pangarap (One Dream) - a scholarship initiative supporting underprivileged students through tuition assistance and educational allowances;
-
Aruga (to Norture) - a group of dignity-centred initiatives, including Buhok Ko’y Korona (My Hair Is My Crown), which supports schoolchildren affected by lice infestations, and Soulful Phoenix, which provides counselling and psychosocial support to migrant women who have experienced domestic violence;
-
Liwanag (Light) - a community programme distributing meals and holiday food packs to children and families in vulnerable situations.
Participation in Celestial Universe centres on advocacy development, cultural representation, and leadership engagement. Women involved in the programme are encouraged to bring forward social initiatives connected to areas such as education, mental health, sustainability, women’s rights, and youth development. While individual advocacy themes may differ, all participants contribute to a shared commitment to education, wellbeing, and compassionate community programmes.
This collective approach strengthens social impact: when individual leadership is aligned with public-benefit goals, the effects extend beyond the programme itself into families, communities, and future generations.
The Celestial Universe is a growing initiative, guided by a clear long-term vision: to support changemakers rather than celebrities, and to build pathways to opportunity rather than prestige. Over time, the programme aims to expand its educational and community impact across countries, supporting access to learning, wellbeing, and leadership development for women, children, and families.
As the foundation’s leadership reflects, the value of the programme lies not in symbolic recognition but in the tangible difference made in people’s lives.
Join the Celestial Programme
Celestial Universe welcomes participation from women representatives, cultural partners, educational institutions, embassies, volunteers, and supporters who share a commitment to social impact. Every contribution, whether through participation, collaboration, or support, strengthens access to education, wellbeing, and opportunity.
Through service-oriented leadership and collective responsibility, the programme seeks not only to highlight individual potential but to contribute meaningfully to a more inclusive and compassionate society.
