It is operated by Celestial Universe Organization under Lisil Holdings B.V., a company registered in the Netherlands.The program brings together women from diverse backgrounds to engage in advocacy development, cultural exchange, and public-facing initiatives focused on education, mental wellbeing, and community impact. While Celestial Universe includes Miss and Mrs participation tracks, the initiative is structured around purpose-driven leadership rather than competition or aesthetics alone.
