Yes. For the first edition of the Miss & Mrs. Celestial Universe International Finals, representative are required to have previously won a municipal, regional, or national title. Upon approval of your registration and credentials, you may be granted a direct appointment to represent your country in the international programme week. Appointments are made on a first-come, first-served basis for candidates who meet the qualification criteria. This ensures that each delegate brings a strong foundation of experience and purpose to the global stage.
