Soulful Phoenix: A Mission of Healing, Empowerment, and Transformation

Welcome to Soulful Phoenix, a healing-centered space created for women rebuilding their lives after emotional and domestic abuse. Rooted in compassion and guided by trauma-informed practice, this program supports migrant women through counselling, emotional guidance, and tools to help them reclaim their strength, identity, and sense of worth.

Our Mission

Soulful Phoenix exists to provide a safe, nurturing community for women who are breaking free from past trauma and learning to rebuild their confidence. Through stories, resources, and trauma-informed emotional support, we help women reconnect with themselves and embrace their most empowered selves.

Our Vision

Our vision is a world where women rise from adversity with clarity, courage, and dignity. Like a phoenix emerging from the ashes, every woman deserves the chance to rediscover her voice and step into a life shaped by resilience and inner peace. We aim to:

• nurture self-love and confidence through workshops, courses, and healing programs

• offer tools for understanding emotional abuse and rebuilding from its impact

• build a supportive global community where healing and personal growth are celebrated

• ensure survivors never feel alone as they navigate their healing journey

A Partnership for Healing: Aruga Project × Astramía Counselling

Soulful Phoenix is part of the Aruga Project, the mental health and emotional wellness arm of MaxaM Foundation. In partnership with Astramía Counselling, the program provides trauma-informed counselling and emotional support specifically for migrant women who have survived domestic violence.

This collaboration ensures that women receive not only compassion and community but also structured guidance from trained practitioners who understand the cultural, emotional, and legal challenges migrant survivors face.

Together, Aruga and Astramía create a safe space for women to heal without shame, break cycles of trauma, and move toward lives built on dignity, strength, and self-awareness.

A Collaboration with Celestial Universe

Soulful Phoenix is also proud to support the global movement of Miss & Mrs. Celestial Universe, a platform that celebrates women’s leadership, resilience, and advocacy. By integrating mental health awareness and emotional empowerment into the pageant's mission, we help contestants and community members embrace healing as part of personal growth.

Through this shared commitment, we work together to:

• uplift women through mental health advocacy and emotional education

• provide tools that strengthen confidence, resilience, and self-worth
